Brief about the Role:
v We are seeking an AI Agent Developer who will design, build, and implement intelligent automation solutions for the Real Estate business vertical. The role involves developing AI agents that understand real estate operations, analyze sales and customer communications, and automate workflows such as approvals, lead qualification, and risk flagging. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in AI/ML, agent frameworks, and a good understanding of real estate sales processes.
Key Skills:

Technical Skills:
·      Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, RAG architecture)·      Natural Language Processing (text classification, NER, sentiment analysis)·      Agent Orchestration Frameworks (LangGraph, Microsoft AutoGen, CrewAI)·      Python / backend development·      API development & integration with CRM/ERP applications·      Data engineering & database systems (SQL/NoSQL)·      Workflow automation tools (Power Automate, Airflow, Zapier)·      Version control & agile development (Git, Jira, CI/CD)
Domain & Analytical Skills:
·      Real Estate sales lifecycle understanding·      Knowledge of RERA guidelines and documentation workflows·      Business rule automation & decision modeling·      Data security and compliance practices (PII protection)
Soft & Communication Skills:
·      Requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration·      Strong problem-solving & analytical skills·      Ability to explain AI decisions clearly to business leaders 
Roles & Responsibilities:

·      Build, train, and scale AI agents to automate real estate sales and approval workflows.

·      Implement NLP solutions to analyze emails, chats, sales notes, and customer communication.

·      Develop entity extraction models to identify property, pricing, buyer details, and compliance gaps.

·      Connect AI agents to CRM/ERP and communication platforms through secure APIs.

·      Design approval/rejection logic based on business rules and regulatory validations.

·      Create dashboards and insights for sales conversions, customer trends, and efficiency improvements.

·      Ensure secure handling of personal and financial data with audit trails.

·      Continuously optimize models based on feedback and performance data.

·      Collaborate with business teams to translate operational needs into automated workflows.

·      Research emerging AI products/tools that can enhance agent capability.
