Position: Customer Support Executive Voice Process

Work Mode: Work from Office

Location: Visakhapatnam (Vizag)

Eligibility:

  • Qualification: Graduates & Undergraduates can apply
  • Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome
  • Languages Required: Hindi + English

Job Details:

  • Process Type: Domestic Voice Process (HDFC)
  • Shifts: Rotational Shifts
  • Week Off: Rotational
  • Cab Facility: 2-way cab provided
  • Compensation: Based on last drawn CTC (up to 30% hike)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to HDFC customer queries and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand experience.
  • Update and maintain call records in CRM systems.
  • Adhere to process compliance, quality, and service standards.
  • Contribute to customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  1. Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Maintain excellent customer service ratings.
  2. First Call Resolution (FCR): Achieve high resolution rates on initial interaction.
  3. Quality Compliance: Follow all call handling and process guidelines.
  4. Attendance & Productivity: Meet daily targets and adhere to schedules.
  5. Communication Excellence: Maintain clarity, courtesy, and professionalism in all interactions.
