Job Summary:

The
Coordinator
at Prismbiz plays a critical cross-functional role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers. This role involves close coordination with internal teams, proactive customer communication, issue resolution, and data-driven reporting to support operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:1. Delivery Coordination & Execution

  • Ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers by coordinating with the Purchase, Clearance, Warehouse & Delivery, and Service Delivery teams.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and align logistics to meet promised delivery timelines.

2. Customer Communication & Updates

  • Provide timely and accurate delivery updates to customers through proactive communication and system-generated notifications.
  • Act as a point of contact for delivery-related queries and concerns.

3. Issue Resolution & Escalation

  • Collaborate with Customer Sales, Service Engineers, and Last-Mile Delivery teams to resolve delivery bottlenecks.
  • Escalate issues promptly to relevant stakeholders for quick resolution.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track delivery performance metrics, including delays and compliance with customer delivery timelines.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to highlight trends, issues, and improvements.

5. Revenue Support & Forecasting

  • Support revenue forecasting by analyzing Delivery ETAs, Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and Monthly Revenue Recognition (MRR) data.
  • Ensure alignment between delivery status and financial recognition processes.

6. Penalty Risk & Compliance Management

  • Monitor and forecast potential penalty risks due to missed delivery deadlines.
  • Track and manage requests for last delivery date extensions to avoid SLA breaches.

7. Customer Feedback & Quality Improvement

  • Promote and facilitate customer participation in feedback surveys.
  • Work with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in service delivery based on feedback insights.

Requirements:Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in coordination, logistics, or operations roles preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving approach.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time role; [On-site]
  • Shift: Moday to Friday/ Sunday to Thursday
