We're expanding our team and looking for motivated, persuasive, and energetic Debt Recovery Telecallers to join our growing operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make inbound and outbound calls to customers with overdue payments on behalf of banks and financial institutions.
  • Persuade customers to clear their pending dues or work out payment arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
  • Follow up with customers as per schedules and ensure timely resolution of accounts.
  • Handle customer queries and objections with professionalism and empathy.
  • Achieve assigned recovery targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 10 2 / Graduate in any stream.

  • Prior experience in collections, customer service, or telecalling is preferred (freshers are invited).
  • Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and/or local languages.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
