Position : Sales Executive/Sales Engineer
Industry : Power & Electrical (UPS, Inverters, Batteries, Transformers, Solar, Power Solutions)
Experience : 5+ years in the power industry (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the power and electrical sector.
- Promote and sell products such as UPS systems, inverters, batteries, stabilizers, solar equipment, and power backup solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable power solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical/commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and service team for installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
- Conduct site surveys and provide correct power load recommendations.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer follow-ups, and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UPS, batteries, inverters, and other power backup systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
