Job Title :- Precision Air Conditioner (PAC) - Sales and Service Engineer

Job Summary :-

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled professional to handle both sales and after-sales service 'Precision Air Conditioning (PAC)' systems. The role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, particularly PAC units used in mission-critical environments such as data centers, telecom facilities, laboratories, and server rooms.

Key Responsibilities :-

Sales Responsibilities -

• Identify and generate leads for PAC systems in target sectors (IT, telecom, data centers, etc.)
• Meet clients, conduct site surveys, and understand customer cooling requirements.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Promote features, benefits, and ROI of precision cooling solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales in coordination with the sales team or management.
• Maintain client relationships and build a portfolio of repeat business.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Service Responsibilities -

• Install, test, and commission PAC systems as per manufacturer specifications.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot system issues.
• Calibrate sensors, check control panels, and ensure proper airflow and cooling.
• Respond to emergency breakdown calls and provide timely resolution.
• Maintain service reports and update service logs or CRM systems.
• Educate clients on system operation and maintenance best practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills :-

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering.
• 2-5 years or retired person work and have a experience in HVAC sales and/or service (preferably PAC systems).
• Experience with brands like Vertiv/Liebert, Stulz, Schneider, or Emerson is a plus.
• Good understanding of HVAC design, psychometrics, and control systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of precision air conditioning systems.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Client handling and negotiation ability.
• Hands-on problem-solving and service mindset.
• Basic electrical and refrigerant circuit knowledge.
• Ability to read HVAC drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
• Familiarity with tools like manifolds, multimeters, and refrigerant analyzers.

Additional Requirements :-

• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Valid driving license (optional but preferred).
• Ability to work on-call or weekends for emergency service, if required.
