Job Summary:
We are looking to hire an IT Support Executive to strengthen our North India operations. The selected candidate will be based at our TKD office.
The IT Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, software, and network issues. The role involves troubleshooting, resolving IT-related problems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
· Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware.
· Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).
· Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
· Handle data backup, recovery, and antivirus management.
· Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related maintenance or procurement.
· Monitor system performance and ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
· Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
· Assist in setting up new systems, onboarding new employees, and maintaining IT policies.
· Provide remote and on-site support to branch offices when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration
· Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments.
· Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches).
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or Active Directory.
· Knowledge of ITIL processes or helpdesk ticketing systems.
· Certification in CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) is an advantage.
