Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze recruitment data, ensuring efficient and effective hiring processes.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings to attract qualified candidates.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
