Role Overview:

We're looking for a passionate and energetic
Talent Acquisition Executive
to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing
bulk and volume hiring
for frontline roles (such as trainers, center staff, or sales executives) and will play a key role in ensuring we bring onboard top talent aligned with our brand's energy and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    for bulk hiring across centers and functions.
  2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus drives.
  3. Conduct screening, scheduling, and coordination for high-volume interviews.
  4. Collaborate with business stakeholders and HRBPs to forecast hiring needs.
  5. Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports for management review.
  6. Ensure smooth candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
  7. Drive creative hiring campaigns to meet aggressive timelines.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in
    bulk or volume hiring
    (preferably in retail, fitness, or service industries).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred (not mandatory).
