Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales efforts and marketing initiatives. This role includes both field and digital activities, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and client conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, students, and business partners
  • Promote Slams Art's services in both academy and IT segments
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report on performance metrics
  • Plan and manage digital campaigns for lead generation and promotions
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-friendly
  • Background in the education or IT sector is a strong advantage
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
