Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Coordinator based in Gurugram, with some work-from-home opportunities. The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with various departments, managing schedules, preparing reports, and providing administrative support. Additional responsibilities include facilitating communication within the team, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Manage order processing for e-commerce platforms.

2.Assist in conducting interviews and coordinate with agencies/employers.

3.Maintain inventory records and prepare stock reports.

4.Handle communication and coordination between teams and partners.

5.Support administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and scheduling skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in coordinating and supporting teams in a professional setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
