Role Description
- Office management
: Handle general administrative duties and may oversee office operations, facilities, or event coordination.
- Administrative support
: Act as a first point of contact for employees, respond to HR-related inquiries, and provide general administrative support to the department and company.
- Personnel and records management:
   Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Recruitment and onboarding:
   Assist with posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and processing new hire paperwork.
- Policy and compliance:
   Help implement HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and assist with policy updates and documentation.
- Payroll and benefits:
   Support payroll processing by providing employee data, manage leave requests, and assist with benefits administration.
- Reporting:
   Prepare HR-related reports, such as those on hiring trends, turnover, and other metrics.
Skills Required:
• In depth knowledge of national/regional regulatory legislation and guidelines.
•Skilled at people management including overseeing and controlling outsourced vendor activities in a compliance/regulated field.
• Rational approach to issues and their business implications, good problem solving and decision making skills.
• Highly analytical with the ability to give attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and capable of working efficiently.
• Possess an excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of working experience within Admin and HR role
• Excellent communication skills including proficiency in verbal and written English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong Negotiation Skills
