Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Hyderabad. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role also involves employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
  • Strong skills in Employer Branding and Interviewing
  • Experience in Recruiting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
