Current Account Relationship Manager_Mumbai_Private Bank

The Current Account Relationship Manager (CARM) will be responsible for acquiring and managing current account relationships with SMEs, mid-market, and large corporates. The role involves business development, cross-selling of banking products, ensuring portfolio profitability, and maintaining superior service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquisition & Onboarding:
Source new current account customers through cold calls, references, and leads.
Ensure seamless onboarding and documentation of clients.
Portfolio Management:
Manage and deepen relationships with existing current account customers.
- Monitor account activity and ensure activation and regular usage of accounts.
Drive CASA balance growth and fee income.
Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell trade, forex, CMS, term deposits, insurance, and lending products.
Liaise with internal teams (Trade, Treasury, Credit, Operations) to provide customized solutions to clients.
Customer Service & Compliance:
Ensure high service standards and quick resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain KYC and compliance standards as per bank norms.
