Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agri Advisor. The role is based in Bhopal. The Agri Advisor will be responsible for providing farming advice and support to clients, promoting Katyayani Organics' products, conducting field visits, and training farmers on product usage. The role also involves collecting and analyzing data on crop health, pest control, and soil conditions to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in agronomy, crop management, and soil science
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with farmers and clients
  • Ability to conduct field visits and perform hands-on demonstrations
  • Knowledge of agrochemical products including insecticides, fungicides, and fertilizers
  • Data collection and analytical skills for assessing crop health and soil conditions
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Familiarity with local farming practices and challenges in the Bhopal region is a plus
  • Proficiency in local language(s) is an advantage
