**Job Description**:
As an Agri Sales, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Directly engaging with farmers to understand and address their concerns effectively.
- Converting leads into sales by clearly communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Cultivating repeat business from existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with existing customers to elevate them to key accounts through strategic engagement.
- Maintaining accurate and updated customer data within CRM software.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
