Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced female sales executives to join our team in promoting and selling a wide range of sports goods and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record in retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting sports goods and equipment.
  • Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and basic inventory management.
  • Stay updated on new product arrivals and industry trends.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in sports or fitness-related products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers.
  • Basic knowledge of sports equipment and their usage.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or sports management is a plus.
