Digital Sales Specialist

Key responsibilities
- Strategy and planning: Develop and execute digital sales strategies to meet revenue goals, identify new opportunities, and stay updated on market trends.
- Customer engagement: Identify and engage with potential customers through digital channels such as social media, email, and other online platforms.
- Sales process: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on digital marketing campaigns and promotional efforts.
- Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer feedback to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Channel management: Manage and optimize online sales platforms, such as an e-commerce website, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Necessary skills and qualifications
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales and communication.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and customer behavior.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive activities.
