
Digital Marketing Sales Agent

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Lead Generation**:
- Identify potential clients (businesses and organizations) who could benefit from digital marketing services.
- Research and understand client needs and tailor digital marketing solutions that suit their business goals.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline by using CRM tools and keeping detailed records of sales activities.
- **Client Consultation**:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their digital marketing needs.
- Provide proposals, quotes, and customized marketing strategies based on client objectives.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Educate clients on digital marketing strategies that will improve their online presence and ROI.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Establish long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support.
- Ensure that clients' needs are being met and follow up to ensure continued satisfaction and opportunities for upselling.
- **Negotiation and Closing Sales**:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring that deals are closed and clients sign agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, development, creative) to ensure the smooth implementation of client campaigns.
- **Reporting and Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts to management.
- Track and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing, advertising, or technology industries.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media).
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Good understanding of CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
- **Education**:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the digital marketing industry.
- Proactive in pursuing new business and follow-ups.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
