E-commerce Executive – Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product listings, optimizing content, managing online sales channels, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. This role requires a combination of analytical, technical, and creative skills to maximize online visibility, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Monitor stock levels, order processing, and timely dispatch of goods.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers to increase sales.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and resolve listing or account-related issues.
  • Coordinate with marketing, design, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support and handle customer queries/returns efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations or online sales management.
  • Strong knowledge of major e-commerce marketplaces and tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
