We do so by harnessing the power of AT & supporting development of innovative technology products and services. In a span of 4 years, ATF has impacted the lives of 1 Million (10,00,000) Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) through its high impact programs and initiatives. ATF has a network of 500+ Assistive Technology Startups/ innovators in the country. ATF also co-founded a global network +N Inclusive Innovation Network with organizations in 6 other countries.
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Communication Designer based in Bengaluru. The Communication Designer will play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering impactful communication materials for ATF. This position is ideal for a creative individual with a passion for designing corporate decks, newsletters, website content, social media creatives, and reports. The Communication Designer will be instrumental in shaping the narrative and visual identity of ATF, thereby amplifying our mission of fostering inclusion and empowerment.

Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Applicants with a level of 1-2 years of experience are preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma/Sketch etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, particularly in corporate decks, newsletters, website design, social media creatives, UI/UX design and reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex information and translate it into visually engaging and easily understandable content.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling skills and ability to translate abstract ideas into effective visual designs.
- Experience in creating accessible designs is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to leverage AI and other emerging technologies to enhance design processes and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling corporate decks, newsletters, website content, social media creatives, and reports that align with ATF's branding guidelines and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand communication needs and deliver designs that effectively communicate key messages.
- Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas to enhance ATF's communication materials.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ATF's visual identity and brand presence.
Remuneration: 4 to 6 LPA
Opportunity for Apprenticeship/Temporary Employment:
This position also offers the opportunity to transition into an apprenticeship or temporary/contractual employment with a commitment of at least one year, ideally suitable for students in their gap years.
