- Build and define Setu’s visual language across decks, campaigns, social, animations, videos, and more.
- AI-first design: Leverage cutting-edge tools to prototype, iterate, and scale creative work.
- Work on high-impact campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and manage agencies/freelancers.
What you’ll do:
- Create multi-format communication assets: decks, one-pagers, social posts, animations, videos, infographics.
- Translate complex fintech products into simple, visually engaging stories.
- Lead campaign visuals from ideation to execution.
- Ensure brand consistency while exploring fresh visual directions.
- Work with D91 labs on thought leadership creatives
What we want:
- 4–6 yrs experience in visual/communication design.
- Expertise across multiple formats (social, decks, video, motion graphics).
- Experience managing agencies/freelancers.
- Comfortable with AI-first design workflows.
- Strong storytelling & fintech visual sensibility.
