About the Role:

We're looking for a creative freelancer who can
think visually
and
execute consistently
across platforms. This hybrid role combines design and social media execution — ideal for someone who loves fast turnarounds, understands trends, and can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design (60%)

  • Design social media creatives: static posts, carousels, reels thumbnails, stories
  • Design digital collaterals: brochures, WhatsApp creatives, influencer kits, event posters
  • Design branding elements for on-ground activities: standees, signage, flyers, etc.
  • Align with brand guidelines while evolving a fresh, youth-focused visual identity

Social Media Management (40%)

  • Plan and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Write crisp captions and suggest hashtags
  • Monitor post performance and engagement weekly
  • Stay updated on trending formats (esp. reels/memes) and adapt for brand
  • Suggest monthly content themes and reels concepts

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong command of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (basic After Effects is a bonus)
  • Prior experience handling social media for startups, youth brands, or D2C companies
  • Good sense of design aesthetics, color, and brand consistency
  • Working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta tools
  • Fast turnaround time and responsiveness on feedback

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in video editing for reels
  • Basic animation/motion graphics
  • Familiarity with EV/sustainability space
  • Ability to create brand mockups and templates
