Plot Twist:
We're not just hiring a designer. We're recruiting a visual storyteller, a pixel magician, and someone who can make our brand sing louder than a top chart musical

At Aadyaa Communications, we believe great design doesn't just look good—it makes people stop scrolling, lean in closer, and say "Wait, what was that?" We need someone who can turn our ideas into visual experiences that stick in people's minds like their favorite song.

Daily Adventures Include:

  • Creating stunning visuals for digital campaigns, social media, and print materials
  • Designing brand identities that make competitors jealous
  • Collaborating with our strategy and content teams (they're actually pretty fun)
  • Bringing client presentations to life with killer visuals
  • Managing multiple projects while keeping your sanity intact (we provide coffee)

The Creative Playground:

  • Logo design and brand development
  • Social media graphics that stop the scroll
  • Website design elements and UI/UX magic
  • Print collateral (yes, people still print things)
  • Presentation design that makes PowerPoint look good
  • Campaign visuals that tell stories without saying a word

The must haves -

Technical Superpowers:

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with Figma or similar design tools
  • Understanding of typography (Comic Sans is banned, obviously)
  • Color theory knowledge (beyond "this looks pretty")
  • Print and digital design expertise

The Soft Skills That Matter:

  • 2-4 years of design experience (or equivalent awesome portfolio)
  • Strong communication skills (you'll need to explain why lemon yellow might not work for that law firm)
  • Time management skills that would make a Swiss watch jealous
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new trends and tools

Bonus Points For:

  • Web design experience
  • Photography skills
  • A sense of humor (mandatory for surviving client feedback)
  • Bollywood movie poster appreciation (kidding... or are we?)
