Job Overview

The Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and maintaining the brand's visual identity, including advertising, packaging, promotional materials, social media, and online and offline marketing content. This position requires balancing creative design with brand consistency to enhance the brand image and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce company-branded graphic artwork, including brochures, posters, packaging, email templates, and social media content.

Create visual content based on marketing campaigns and strategies to support online and offline promotions.

Participate in brand image updates and maintenance, ensuring all visual materials adhere to company brand standards.

Collaborate with the marketing team, product team, and photographer to complete design projects.

Design jewelry packaging, gift boxes, and display materials to enhance product appeal.

Follow design trends and propose creative and innovative solutions.

Manage and maintain design files and asset libraries to ensure sustainable use and consistent management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Art Design, or a related field.

Two or more years of graphic design experience preferred, preferably in the retail, jewelry, or luxury goods industries.

Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

A keen understanding of color, format, typography, and brand style.

Strong creative thinking and aesthetic appreciation, capable of independently completing design projects.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate closely with marketing and product teams.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time.
