Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Chennai. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, presenting product information to clients, negotiating sales contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the marketing and product development teams is also required.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
- Familiarity with the Automatic Lighting & Electronic industry is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
