Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business partnerships with international property developers.

  • Assist in closing property investment deals with Singaporean and global investors.

  • Generate leads through tele-calling, digital marketing, and CRM tools.

  • Follow up with leads and support end-to-end sales processes.

  • Coordinate meetings, property webinars, and property tours (local/overseas).

  • Collaborate closely with our lead salesperson and admin/video marketing assistant.

  • Prepare sales reports and submit them on time.

  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects and partners.

  • Organize property presentations and investor meet-ups.

Candidate Profile – What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Sales & Marketing (Real Estate preferred).

  • Strong background in tele-calling, lead generation, CRM operations, and digitalmedia marketing.

  • Positive attitude, self-driven, persistent, and goal/target/result-oriented.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.

  • Fluency another regional/international languages is an added advantage.

  • Good time management, discipline, and ability to work independently.

  • Willing to travel overseas for developer meetings or client engagement if required.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Background in Real Estate, Business Development, Sales or Marketing.

  • Knowledge of Sales CRM Tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, etc.), Email Marketing, andDigital Ad Platforms.

  • Exposure to AI tools, video marketing tools, and sales automation systems is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite / Google Workspace.

  • Reporting: Directly to Lead Salesperson

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
