
Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Develop business partnerships with international property developers.
Assist in closing property investment deals with Singaporean and global investors.
Generate leads through tele-calling, digital marketing, and CRM tools.
Follow up with leads and support end-to-end sales processes.
Coordinate meetings, property webinars, and property tours (local/overseas).
Collaborate closely with our lead salesperson and admin/video marketing assistant.
Prepare sales reports and submit them on time.
Maintain consistent communication with prospects and partners.
Organize property presentations and investor meet-ups.
Candidate Profile – What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in Sales & Marketing (Real Estate preferred).
Strong background in tele-calling, lead generation, CRM operations, and digitalmedia marketing.
Positive attitude, self-driven, persistent, and goal/target/result-oriented.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
Fluency another regional/international languages is an added advantage.
Good time management, discipline, and ability to work independently.
Willing to travel overseas for developer meetings or client engagement if required.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Background in Real Estate, Business Development, Sales or Marketing.
Knowledge of Sales CRM Tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, etc.), Email Marketing, andDigital Ad Platforms.
Exposure to AI tools, video marketing tools, and sales automation systems is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite / Google Workspace.
Reporting: Directly to Lead Salesperson

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
