Sales Executive – Pharma Industry


Chennai

We are looking for a
committed and driven Sales Executive
to join our growing team in the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will bring an
FMCG-style mindset
—fast-paced, target-driven, and results-oriented—into the pharma space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and meet monthly targets across assigned territories
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals
  • Execute field visits and maintain regular customer engagement
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Ensure timely reporting and effective communication with the internal team

Requirements:

  • Sales experience in
    pharma or FMCG
    (preferred)
  • Strong work ethic and high level of
    commitment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field as needed
