You are not just a marketer-you are a growth hacker, trend-spotter, and out-of-the-box thinker rolled into one. You eat conventional marketing playbooks for breakfast and replace them with bold, disruptive strategies . You don't just follow trends-you set them .
You have spent the last few years reinventing B2B marketing -maybe with guerrilla campaigns, meme-worthy LinkedIn posts, or data-driven experiments that made competitors go "Wait, why didn't we think of that?"
Last but not the least, you should be someone who is chronically online (but in a productive way) and allergic to boring content.
What You Will Do:
Reimagine & Reinvent: Torq's marketing isn't broken-but why settle for "good" when we can be unforgettable? You will challenge the status quo and inject fresh, bold ideas into everything we do.
Trend Hunter: You will stalk the market (in a non-creepy way) to spot what's next-be it AI-powered engagement, viral B2B storytelling, or even Instagram for commodities (hey, why not?).
Unconventional Storyteller: You won't just write blogs-you will craft content that slaps. Think snappy LinkedIn hooks, edgy thought leadership, and campaigns that make our audience go "Damn, Torq gets it."
Competitor FOMO Creator: You will make sure Torq isn't just keeping up-we are leading the charge. If our competitors copy us? Good. Mission accomplished.
This isn't your typical "post on LinkedIn 3x a week" role. You will be:
Bringing fresh, borderline chaotic energy to our strategy
Researching industry trends before they're trending
Creating marketing that doesn't feel like marketing
Making strategic moves that have our competitors taking screenshots

You have got receipts (case studies) from previous B2B work that actually slapped
You can explain complex ideas without putting people to sleep

You know the difference between genuinely innovative and just weird for weird' s sake.

Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years of breaking norms in B2B marketing, where you didn't just run email campaigns or post LinkedIn carousels on repeat. (No boring brochures, please).
Education: Tier 1 college postgrad + BTech/BE (Because logic + creativity = Fire). You are a proud graduate from a Tier-1 college (IIM, ISB, MICA, etc.) and survived the engineering gauntlet before that.
Mindset : You think brand storytelling is just as important as spreadsheets. You hate mediocrity and wake up every day thinking about how to outsmart the competition
