Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Campaign Management:Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and events to increase brand awareness and promote products or services.
  • Market Research & Analysis:Conduct market research, identify target audiences, and analyze data and performance reports to inform marketing decisions.
  • Content Creation:Write marketing copy, produce multimedia content, and manage web content using CMS platforms.
  • Digital Marketing:Manage social media accounts, oversee email campaigns, and potentially assist with paid advertising efforts.
  • Coordination & Execution:Coordinate promotional activities, manage timelines and assets for campaigns, and organize events.
  • Reporting & Communication:Monitor campaign performance, track data analytics, and present findings to the management team.

Essential Skills

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Strong abilities in verbal and written communication, including copywriting.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency:Familiarity with digital marketing methods, SEO principles, and managing social media and email platforms.
  • Creativity:Ability to devise new and relevant marketing ideas and create engaging content.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking:Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess performance, and develop strategic marketing plans.
  • Commercial Awareness:Understanding of business goals, market trends, and pop culture to create relevant marketing campaigns.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Office, content management systems (CMS), and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
