Job Summary:

About the Role:

We are seeking a Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) with proven experience in

managing multiple Agile teams running parallel sprints. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for driving Agile best practices across multiple teams, working closely

with Project Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and cross-functional

stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities / KRA (Key Result Areas):

Agile Facilitation & Coaching

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for

multiple agile teams.

Coach and mentor team members on Agile/Scrum practices to ensure alignment and

adoption.

Act as a servant leader and remove blockers or dependencies impacting team velocity.

Sprint & Backlog Management

Work closely with Project Managers to plan, monitor, and deliver parallel sprints

across multiple projects.

Help ensure backlogs are well-groomed and prioritized in collaboration with Product

Owners.

Maintain sprint velocity, burndown charts, and other Agile KPIs to track team

performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Bridge communication between developers, QA, product, and business teams to

ensure alignment.

Organize and lead cross-team synchronization ceremonies when dependencies exist.

Facilitate clear and proactive reporting of sprint status, risks, and milestones to senior

management.

Process Optimization

Continuously analyze and improve Agile processes across teams.

Implement Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) based on project suitability.

Ensure compliance with organizational delivery timelines and standards.

Tooling & Reporting

Proficient in Agile tools like JIRA, or similar.

Generate sprint dashboards and reports for visibility to stakeholders.

Maintain release calendars and sprint artifacts in an auditable, accessible format.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) is mandatory.

4+ years of experience in Agile project environments with 2+ years as a full-time

Scrum Master.

Proven ability to manage multiple Scrum teams or concurrent sprints.

Strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and metrics.

Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to handle matrixed team structures across technologies (.NET, MERN,

MEAN, AI teams).

Nice to Have:

Experience in AI/ML or SaaS product environments.

Exposure to hybrid Agile-Waterfall models.

Technical background (past experience as developer, tester, or BA) is a plus.
