Your Responsibilities Will Include:

·      Translating complex client requirements into scalable Guidewire Rating solutions.

·      Estimating efforts, optimizing implementation, and delivering high-quality code.

·      Collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies.

·      Supporting end-to-end testing and resolving client issues swiftly.

·      Actively participating in
Scrum ceremonies

CoE initiatives
, and
mentorship
activities.


What You Bring:

Guidewire Skills:

·      Hands-on experience with
Guidewire Rating
, Gosu scripting, UI, and data modeling.

Technical Stack:

·      Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, Ant

·      Advanced SQL (Oracle/SQL Server)

·      Version control (GIT, TFS, SVN)

·      Application servers: Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere

·      DevOps & CI/CD pipeline exposure

Cloud & Agile:

·      Familiarity with
AWS
or
Azure

·      Worked in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments

Soft Skills:

·      Strong communication, analytical thinking, and domain understanding (insurance).
