Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as you'll balance recurring operational work with ad hoc requests and special projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate process documentation and update procedures as workflows or requirements change.

  • Identify and track operational trends, partnering with cross-functional teams to address root causes.
  • Coordinate intake, tracking, and follow-up for recurring and ad hoc operational requests.
  • Assist in the rollout of new products, services, or operational initiatives, including training and documentation support.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure consistent, efficient, and accurate process execution.
Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to clearly document processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, CRM systems, project management platforms).
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining operational accuracy and compliance.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a track record of identifying and addressing process inefficiencies.
