Calls/e-Mail Management:
Answer incoming calls from public/ customer.
Listen actively and understand public needs or complaints.
Make outbound calls to customer for follow up on products/ offering.
E-Mail Management Responding to emails sent by taxpayers/ customer
Data Entry and Quality Assurance
Web content management and quality check of website (Drafting skills for test cases will be added advantage)
Record Keeping:
Document call details, feedback, and interactions
Maintain records of conversations for quality assurance and future reference.
Team Co-ordination/ Client Interaction:
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service.
Meeting with client for frequent status updates
Help other team members in admin related activities
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
