About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role is perfect for freshers kickstarting their career in sales or experienced professionals seeking rewarding growth opportunities. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving sales, and achieving business targets while enjoying attractive incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective customers in assigned territories to promote and sell products/services.
- Generate leads through market visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers, addressing queries effectively.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.
Who Can Apply
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
- Experienced candidates with prior field sales/retail sales experience will be preferred.
- Qualification: Graduate/12th Pass (with relevant sales experience).
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
- Good interpersonal skills, confidence, and a go-getter attitude.
