Position and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Academic/Administrative Leader to strengthen our academic and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading institutional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic and Academic Leadership:

  • Drive strategic planning and execution to propel institutional growth.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations from statutory bodies like NAAC, NBA, UGC, and AICTE.

  • Oversee all aspects of institutional governance and administration.

  • Quality Assurance and Accreditation:

  • Lead the preparation and execution of accreditation processes for NAAC and NBA.

  • Implement and monitor internal quality assurance mechanisms.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and research.

  • Funding and Collaboration:

  • Secure funding and grants from various government and non-government agencies.

  • Establish and strengthen collaborations with industry, particularly with MNCs and tech companies.

  • Build robust linkages with alumni and other stakeholders for resource generation.

  • Student-Centric Development:

  • Support and promote student-centric activities and initiatives.

  • Provide incubation support to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship among students.

  • Ensure student welfare and discipline, including managing grievances and promoting a positive campus environment.

  • Infrastructure and Resource Management:

  • Plan and manage the development of infrastructure and academic resources.

  • Ensure effective utilization of facilities, including the library and laboratories.

  • Oversee financial management and budget preparation.

  • Faculty and Staff Management:

  • Nurture and facilitate faculty development through training and professional growth programs.

  • Supervise and guide faculty and staff members in academic and administrative activities.

  • Maintain harmonious relationships with all members of the institution.

  • External Relations:

  • Strengthen institute-industry relations and placement activities.

  • Manage liaison activities with government, corporate, and academic bodies.

Eligibility and Application

Educational Qualification:

  • Any Bachelor's and Master's degree, along with a Ph.D., are required.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of academic/administrative experience with a proven leadership record at the level of a Professor or above.
