Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer - Lending to join our team in Bangalore, India. This role is ideal for professionals with 4 to 6 years of experience in the lending domain, who possess a strong technical background and a passion for driving innovation in the financial services sector.

What will you do?

· Lead the design, development, and implementation of lending solutions that meet the needs of our clients in the banking and financial services industry.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of lending systems with existing ERP solutions and banking platforms.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Islamic banking standards.

· Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.

What skills required?

· 4 to 6 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on lending solutions in the banking and financial services industry.

· Strong domain knowledge in lending, banking, ERP solutions, and compliance (AML, Islamic banking).

· Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to lending systems development.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

· Optional skills in customer management, marketing, insurance functions, sales engineering, asset management, and accounts are a plus.
