Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive QA Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both manual and automated testing methodologies and be a key contributor to ensuring the quality of our software products. You will work within an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, ensuring our applications meet high standards of performance and reliability. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills who is eager to grow their expertise in quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities & Quality Assurance :

- Design, develop, and execute both manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality.

- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using appropriate tools.

- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, and system testing.

Process & Collaboration :

- Actively participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews.

- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Experience :

- 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance.

Technical Proficiency :

- Strong experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies.

- Proficiency in using QA tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.

- A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Professional Attributes :

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of performance and security testing.
