You'll work on high-impact features, develop robust APIs, and help ensure system reliability and performance in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:● Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend architectures for our healthcare applications and platforms.● Develop and maintain high-performance APIs, ensuring seamless integration with other components of the system.● Implement and optimize distributed systems to ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability.● Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, adhering to best practices and industry standards.● Continuously research and adopt new technologies and methodologies to improve system performance and maintainability.● Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall code quality.Requirements:● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field● A minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development● Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, NodeJS and GoProficiency in working with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and message brokers (e.g., Kafka)● Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and API design principles● Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker)● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Preferred qualifications:● Familiarity with healthcare industry standards, such as HL7, FHIR and HIPAA, is highly desirable● Prior experience in the US healthcare industry, with knowledge of healthcare workflows, systems, and regulations● Experience with healthcare-specific technologies, such as integrations with EHR/EMR systems and Healthcare APIs ecosystem is preferred.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹4,500, ₹5,000,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insurancePaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundExperience:Python: 3 years (Required) 3 years (Required)SQL: 3 years (Required)Work Location: In person
