We are looking for a skilled and professional Desktop/Laptop Support Engineer to join our team. As a computer Support Engineer, you should provide support and technical assistance regarding any hardware and software issue. You should also possess a lot of knowledge and experience to troubleshoot problems and errors.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Deploy software updates and security patches.
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets.
  • Collaborate with team members.

Qualifications:

  • Freshers are welcome. Should be English Speaking.
  • Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

  • IT: 1 year (Preferred)
