Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Tele caller to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and present products/services effectively.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Previous experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
  • Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-oriented.
