Sales:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Conduct product/service presentations and negotiate deals with potential clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.

Marketing:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content, brochures, and digital material.
  • Manage social media platforms and contribute to brand-building activities.
  • Support in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools and digital marketing is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
