Project Coordination Executive (Manufacturing Precision Components)

Position: Project Coordination Executive (Manufacturing – Precision Components)

Experience Required: 5 – 10 Years (Relevant Manufacturing Industry)

Education: Diploma / Degree/ ME in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of coordination for precision component manufacturing projects within the Aerospace & Defense industry.
  • Manage end-to-end project coordination, ensuring timely execution and delivery as per client requirements.
  • Handle RFQ documentation and prepare technical/commercial submissions in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with clients regarding requirements, updates, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Design, and other departments for smooth workflow and project execution.
  • Monitor and track project status, follow-up on deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Maintain proper documentation, reports, and ERP entries related to project activities.
  • Support in cost estimation, feasibility studies, and resource planning for new inquiries/projects.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and internal reporting systems.
  • Provide regular MIS reports and project status updates to management.
  • Address and resolve project-related issues with proactive decision-making and problem-solving.

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of precision components, CNC & VMC machine operations, and manufacturing processes.
  • Project Coordination: Proven experience in handling multiple projects, RFQ processes, and client interactions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written & verbal communication for effective client and internal coordination.
  • Documentation: Strong knowledge of documentation processes, reporting systems, and ERP operations.
  • Decision-Making: Ability to take decisions under pressure and ensure timely follow-up and execution.
  • Analytical Skills: Good understanding power with ability to analyze technical data and resolve challenges.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and report preparation.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Active, dynamic, and capable of coordinating with multiple departments simultaneously.
