Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects. They will oversee cross-functional coordination, manage project resources, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to achieve timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, provide project updates, and ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Team Coordination and Leadership:
  • Lead and manage a team comprising content writers, data analysts, campaign promoters, and data entry operators.
  • Foster collaboration within and across departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Project Management:
  • Plan, implement, and monitor project activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage project acceleration, evaluate progress, and address challenges effectively.
  • Utilize project management tools to track tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and evaluation summaries.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities and deliverables.
  • Tools and Technology:
  • Leverage advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and data analysis.
  • Use project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project) for efficient project tracking and team coordination.
  • Client Coordination:
  • Liaise with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation:
  • Track project performance against defined KPIs.
