Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Coordinator located in Pune. The Project Coordinator will handle project planning, scheduling, and coordination between teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The individual will communicate effectively with clients and vendors, prepare project documentation, and monitor project progress. The role also requires contributing to process improvement initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills, including project planning, scheduling, and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in communication, client interaction, and vendor management
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
  • Attention to detail with experience in preparing and maintaining project documentation
  • Knowledge of lighting design, architecture, engineering, or related fields is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant project management tools or software
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and adapt to client requirements effectively
