Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune for a Project Coordinator. The role involves managing project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations, and facilitating communication between teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, coordinating resources, resolving issues, and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle. You will play a key role in fostering collaboration and ensuring the seamless execution of projects to drive organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with teams and clients
- Organizational skills and detail orientation to ensure thorough project documentation and smooth workflow
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and maintain project momentum
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is advantageous
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment is essential
- Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields, is preferred
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation: SOW, timelines, UAT logs, checklists, and reports.
- Document project workflows, SOPs, and process maps.
- Prepare weekly/monthly status reports for management and clients.
Technical Skills
- 2–5 years of experience as a
Project Coordinator / Project Executive
. - Strong working knowledge of
Zoho Projects
is must. - Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall).
- Basic understanding of workflows, automation, and reporting within Zoho apps.
- Good command of spreadsheets, project dashboards, and documentation tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
