Job Overview

As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at TopMentor, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring learners. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential students, understand their career goals, explain our course offerings, and guide them toward enrolling in the right program.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for education, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential learners through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Understand their learning objectives, background, and career aspirations.
  • Present and explain TopMentor's course offerings clearly, focusing on Generative AI, Data Science, and Data Analysis programs.
  • Build rapport and trust to drive course enrollments and meet monthly targets.
  • Maintain and update lead details, follow-ups, and status accurately in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding and learner satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Any graduate (Bachelor's degree required).
  • Experience: 0–2 years in sales, counseling, or customer relationship management (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-driven, empathetic, and confident in handling objections.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
