Job Specification:

  • Counsel prospective students and parents through calls, emails, and in-person meetings regarding admission processes, eligibility criteria, course selection, and career opportunities.
  • Follow up with potential leads generated via various sources (walk-ins, website, campaigns, referrals, etc.).
  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective students/leads to explain course details, eligibility, and admission process.
  • Counsel students and parents on available programs and guide them through the enrollment journey.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM or database.
  • Update correct lead dispositions (interested, not interested, follow-up, enrolled, etc.) in real-time.
  • Follow up on leads through phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email as per the defined follow-up schedule.
  • Coordinate with multiple centers to track student applications, document submission, fee payments, and onboarding.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly admission and calling targets set by the management.
  • Share feedback with the marketing and operations teams on lead quality and campaign performance.
