Ocean Gifting is a leading corporate gifting company providing customized gifting solutions to corporates, HR managers, marketing teams, and business owners across India. We manage end-to-end gifting—from sourcing and branding to packaging and delivery.

We are looking for a female Telecaller to join our business development team to assist in client outreach, lead follow-ups, and coordinate for proposals and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Outreach & Lead Generation
  • Call potential corporate clients to introduce Ocean Gifting's products and services.
  • Maintain an active database of prospects with proper contact details and notes.
  • Identify potential decision-makers (HR, Marketing, Admin heads) and share qualified leads with the Business Head.
  • Follow-ups & Relationship Building
  • Make follow-up calls on proposals shared by the sales team.
  • Fix appointments or Zoom meetings for the Business Head with potential clients.
  • Handle basic queries related to products, prices, or lead times and route advanced queries appropriately.
  • Coordination & Reporting
  • Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports in Excel/CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for sharing catalogs, quotations, and mockups when required.
  • Ensure timely reminders and client call-backs are managed efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
