Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Department: HR Operations

Reporting To: Manager

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data to support smooth business operations and effective management decisions. The ideal candidate must have excellent Excel skills, strong communication abilities, and great attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and trackers for management review.
  • Generate reports on performance, productivity, and other operational metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather and verify information.
  • Automate repetitive reports using advanced Excel functions.
  • Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Macros, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Google Sheets, etc.) is an advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in MIS reporting or data analysis (freshers with strong Excel knowledge may also apply).

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹38,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹38,322.99 per month
